If you're an athlete or a math whiz, it's a lot easier. Otherwise, become involved in campus organizations, the school newspaper or radio station & make a name for yourself. It also helps if you know someone who can pave the way, like maybe a famous alum. Be creative, your public awaits!

Just like you'd expect - some are tall, some are short, some have agendas, most don't, some have accents, most don't, some are male, some are not, some are friendly, some keep to themselves, most are fair, some should be avoided, those w/tenure expect to see in the future, most are published, some are Nobel Laureates. They're basically like any group of individuals you'll likely encounter, except they're probably a more intelligent bunch.

If anyone's familiar w/the Rule of 168, they they already what constitutes good habits. If not, then you must budget your time accordingly. You'll have so much of it, it's amazing. Once your school day is done, or if you have no classes on any day, prepare for the next class or complete whatever is required for the next class. Once you get into the habit of going to class & immediately doing whatever is required for the next one, you'll find college academics to be a breeze. Not that classwork will be simple, but like a good Boy Scout, you'll BE PREPARED! PS - There are 168 hrs in a week! If anyone would like a copy of the Rule, please don't hesitate to ask for it.

Make sure you don't plagiarize! Be sure to follow the instructions to the letter, answer the question(s) thoroughly, do adequate research, ask for help if necessary & you should be able to submit successful papers if you follow these simple rules!

First of all, do not plagiarize anyone's work! Answer the question(s) precisely. Research your work to make sure everything is accurate. Oh, I'm assuming this is a factual work - maybe it's a work of fiction. Again, there are too many variables for a precise answer.

Tape it, or learn shorthand in advance. You could also pay someone to take notes if they're extremely adept. Or, you could trade or barter your services in another area.

How financial aid can be lost if their grades slip. Work with an advisor to make sure all necessary subjects are taken so that receiving a degree in your major won't take more than 4 yrs. You need to be familiar with exactly who's teaching what & when, if you want to study under a particular professor. Advance planning is of the utmost importance so choosing class schedules can be a breeze. It all goes back to one of my favorite adages: Plan your work, work your plan. Nobody plans to fail, but too many fail to plan!

Memorize a campus map and walk the campus several times remembering landmarks. You can also take pictures and be sure to label them for future reference. You could also walk in a group and test yourselves about various buildings, etc.

All depends what you're studying for, whether it's a test, a final exam, an SAT. Group studying works well in many cases, or maybe you should just study alone and get quizzed by a family member. Too many variables to give a precise answer.

It all depends on the subject matter. A Google search will surely help - but under NO circumstances should you plagiarizer someone's else's work!
